Next Electric Systems was born as a collaboration between Jeff Haggar, former Owner of High Tech Home and Fusion Home Systems, both Boston-based home systems integration companies, and Fred Bueno, long time Owner and President of Fred Bueno Electrical Services, one of New England’s premier luxury residential electrical contracting companies.
Having worked together on several complex projects over the years, it became evident that Jeff and Fred both shared the same insanely high standards for quality workmanship, responsive customer service, on-time performance and complete respect for their customers’ and colleagues’ time and budgets.
Through this joint collaboration, Next Electric Systems can now offer both complete electrical contracting services and leading edge lighting control and whole house residential technology and lifestyle integration systems.
Working together as one company, our goal is to simplify the new construction and remodel system design and installation process from beginning to end. It’s so much easier to facilitate workflow, scheduling and communications with one company that co-ordinates both electrical contracting and home technology services for you.

About Jeff Haggar, Managing Partner/Director of Technology
For the past 29 years, Jeff has worked continuously on the leading edge of consumer electronics, honing his design and installation skills as technology morphed from analog to digital, and from simple multi-room music systems to surround sound home theaters, lighting control systems, automated shading solutions, and all levels of whole house home entertainment, networking and technology integration.
He has spent the last 12 years finding new and better ways to streamline the home systems design and installation process to create a more professional and enjoyable experience for homeowners.
About Fred Bueno, Managing Partner/Director of Electrical
Fred Bueno is a Master Electrician with more than 20 years of experience in electrical contracting for luxury residential properties. His expertise extends to all facets of electrical contracting including motors, controls, generators and solar systems, specializing in the latest innovations in LED lighting options and technologies.
Fred is also Sonnen-Certified for whole house battery back up systems and has years of experience helping home owners integrate their legacy electrical systems with the latest in whole house home entertainment, solar solutions and back up generators.
Fred is an avid fisherman and a huge Patriots fan with a lifelong love of cars, motorcycles and Formula 1 racing.
